Mission Statement Alamitos Physical Therapy Associates is a privately owned, out-patient physical therapy practice. Our services include care for, but not limited to, those patients presenting with orthopedic and neurological problems. Alamitos Physical Therapy Associates is also a business and service organization which values honesty, integrity and excellence in the performance of its mission. Our goal is to help achieve better lives for our injured and disabled clients by promoting rehabilitative and preventative measures. We do our best to restore and improve health and function through education and competent clinical practice. Patients and clients establish their own goals, with the Physical Therapist's input on what's realistic. Depending on the situation, "normal activities", "fully functional" and "pain-free" may not be possible. We emphasize patient instruction to prevent recurrence of the current problem and to avoid associated disorders to which they may be susceptible. When disease, disorder, condition, impairment, or disability limit abilities, we teach the patient the skills they will need to manage pain and limitations. Company Profile Alamitos Physical Therapy is a privately owned and operated outpatient physical therapy facility, focused on orthopedic care for the community. It has been in business serving Los Alamitos since 1994, and will soon celebrate it's 14-year anniversary !! Over that period, Alamitos Physical Therapy has demonstrated steady growth. They also have a demonstrated loyalty by former patients who refer themselves, family, or friends. New contracts to provide care have also shown a concurrent rise, as has its referral base.
